Answers for custom pet products before you upload your photo.

What makes a good pet photo?

A clear, well-lit photo at your pet's eye level works best. Make sure the face is sharp, not hidden by blur, heavy shadows, filters, or tight cropping. Phone photos are completely fine when they are clear.

What happens after I upload my photo?

Your photo is attached to your order as personalization. We use it to prepare the artwork placement for the product you choose. If the image is not workable for a clean print, we can contact you before production.

Will I see an instant preview?

Not yet. The current launch uses a required photo upload instead of an instant preview tool. The product images show the overall product style, and your uploaded photo gives us the file needed to personalize the order.

Can I use a photo with more than one pet?

Yes, if the photo already includes more than one pet and there is enough space around their faces. Add a note if one pet should be the focus. For separate photos or a special layout, contact us before ordering.

What animals can you make?

The launch is designed for dogs and cats, but clear photos of other beloved pets may work too. If the pet is unusual or the photo is tricky, reach out before ordering and we can confirm the best option.

How long does production and shipping take?

Most launch products have a typical 2-5 business day production window before shipping. Delivery time is added after production and depends on the product, destination, and carrier.

Can I change my photo or details after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Because each product is made to order, changes may not be possible once the item has moved into production.
